Now that Hurricane Earl pretty much died out, I have no worries of dying into a savage weather storm phenomenon. At least not till the next one comes along.
Hardly felt the effects of it as it passed where I live either; just really bad humidity and wireless internet messing up some.
Anytime a hurricane or tornado watch is posted, I get all fascinated about what it is and the destruction it can cause. I'm not saying I wish people ill or anything, I just find the forces of nature the Earth musters to be so amazing.

ReplyDeletewell i live on the coast, like 15 mins away from the ocean and it was rough for a little while but it was a very fast moving storm, the only thing that sucked was driving around with trees all over the roads after it died down...
ReplyDeleteYeah they made a big fuss about earl and it passed by here and dropped a few shower's. But i watched the news cast of them flying into the eye of the hurricane and it was amazing.

ReplyDeleteI'll be making some more exotic knives, yes. I'm making a gift for a friend, that will (hopefully) have stainless steel bolsters, black micarta and malachite handle, and a fancy lookin' blade :3
